The day went by routinely, accustomed to the way the village behaved and breathed through the day and early evening. Sora slept quite soundly, though he ended up falling asleep in the living room rather than in the room designated for him upstairs. Which caused some commotion when the mayor couldn’t find him right away. With that cleared up Sora quickly took his meal and even though there was some protest to his going outside, he went anyway. He found it somewhat easy to find Cor, actually, all he did was follow the smell of him.
Which was really weird, honestly, he’s never sniffed someone out before (who was he, Riku?) but sure enough he found Cor in the forest some miles away from the town. Course, the trek there took a few mere minutes for the child of the night. But, again, Sora hadn’t recognized that his speedy travel wasn’t exactly abnormal either.
